Please note:

• All visitors to the museum are required to show a valid entrance ticket.
• It is not possible to store luggage in our cloakroom.
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
• Card holders will be asked to show their valid card.
• The unique multimedia guide completes the museum experience for adults and visitors aged 13 and above.
• Visitors with a youth ticket are required to show prove of age at the entrance of the museum.
• Don’t forget to bring your valid discount card with you when you visit the museum, as you will be asked to present it at the entrance.
